Why Be A Non-Violent Eater™?

What is the best source of nutrition throughout all nature?  This simple, yet complexly perceived question has baffled and intrigued all who hear its answer.  Sunlight and water are the best nutrients provided by nature.  Since humans cannot “eat” and sustain themselves off of just sunlight and water, what then is the second best? Well, that would be plants.
